I used mine in Africa last week. I hit a gemsbuck with a 350 Barnes X moving at 2600 fps at about 50 yards. The big fella stumbled about 20 yards and went hoofs up. He never even hit first gear. The impact quite literally numbed the animal! Bullet exited leaving a hole about an inch in diameter with a very modest amount of meat loss. (I am told that gemsbuck are very hardy and hard to bring down.)
