Can anyone out there help me with the correct overall case length of a .500 Jeffrey please.

From Fleming (who appears to have measured only Gecado cases):

Case length: Min 2.735, Max 2.75
Rim Dia: Min 0.569, Max 0.575
Rim Thickness: 0.037
Base: Min 0.616, Max 0.619
Shoulder: Min 0.604, Max 0.607
Case Mouth: Min 0.533, Max 0.536
Bullet Dia: Min 0.508, Max 0.510
OAL: Min 3.453, Max 3.468
