Let's review the design of the SxS and how perhaps adding a brazed-on handle will improve extraction.

There was a thread some time back with a German made SxS bolt gun, really high $$$$$$$ UGLY/POS.

The Spartan is a CRPushF, you control the rounds and push them into the chambers.
