This the same basis as my most on Most Powerful rifles in terms of factory ammo, wildcats etc.

Would you rate the highest velocity calibres with muzzle velocity being the criteria or would you base it on the velcity for a given sectional density. In other words if we use velicty for sectional density then the 300 Rem Ultra will be a higher velocity calibre than something like the 22/250.

Longbob's correct.....I designed the .240 Incinerator right before Ross Seyfried came out with the 6mm Mach IV. Essentially, both are improved versions of the old 6mm Atlas.
