Yep. RH/SS/Rigby bolt face. And I paid for it two months shy of SIX years ago.

At this point, I've been through so many other guns and gun schemes since then that I don't even know what to do with the dang thing if it shows. I just want to see it at this point.

Why are you surprised? Even though Jeff has come through and many have received what they paid for, he does not exactly have the best track record for meeting his own self imposed deadlines.
I cancelled my order after the second year of waiting. I admire your patience, but sure don't understand it. He set all the rules and now refuses to play by them. I really hope you get it soon.
Oh, and before the flaming starts from all the MRC can do no wrong club, he took the time to post on a public forum that 22WRF's action would be sent out at a certain time, after he personally (apparently) checked the status. The action has not arrived and there is no new posting from Jeff explaining what happened. The post made him look like he cares....the lack of not living up to what he said and the apparent non communication to 22WRF makes him look like he doesn't really care. I know in the past he has stated how busy he is, but it only takes a minute or less to send an email or post on a public forum. I really don't believe that ANYONE is THAT BUSY.

Ahem! Jeff no longer owns the company gentlemen.
Call MRC and ask for the owner and complain to HIM.

He is not running the show anymore, he just works there.

Kevin, (and thanks Congomike, but you don't know my intentions nor what I do day to day so please don't present yourself as someone who does) I'm not sure why you said that it didn't ship when I said it would? It did ship, have you checked your FFL?

Yes, I understand that, but what I said was " Your action is set to ship next week". I sent that on December 8th. I didn't say it was shipping on Monday, Tuesday, etc, because I CANNOT see into the future to tell that. There are so many processes that have to be done before things are shipped and all I can give is an Estimate but that's it, as you stated in the past none of my time frames have been accurate so I have to give the best estimate that I can give. The Action shipped, that's that. I hope you all have a Merry CHRISTmas!

So you complain about when it is being shipped, that it is not shipped when you thought it should be and then as soon as you get it you turn right around and sell it? That just seems a bit odd to me but maybe it is just me.

If I ordered and paid for an action and did not get it for SIX YEARS I could never turn it into anything because I would be so pissed off with the lying dirt bags that promised it years earlier.....m

Well, everyone knew going into this that it was going the be a "project" of fairly large magnatude, something few other gunsmiths would even consider starting. Yes it took quite awile but the end result was worth it. Most people that venture into something like this throw in the towel on the first or second significant stumbling block...but Jeff kept with the program regardless of the personal sacrifice, name calling and aggravation he went thru..........that is what separates true men from the whiners, of which there is no shortage.

I don't remember anything about paying 6 years ago. I do remember the project moving forward in 2008 and paying sometime thereafter, when they got to the minimum number of orders.

Is someone confusing the short action charter program with the PH? 6 years ago seems about right for those and they were delivered in about 24 months or so.

And like Woodrow said, we all knew what we were getting into, especially those of use on the short action charter. It could have been much worse, it could have been a Hein charter program.
