Come on, Mike. This is at least the sixth or seventh time this has been posted.

I shot the original .950 JDJ back in 1997 with JD in attendance.

George, my apologies...This is the first time I saw it.

By the way when are you coming back to Dallas?

Bah, I almost made it there this year, but ended up missing my window of opportunity.

Well, I can damn sure improve on the bullet, there is NO DOUBT about that........ Those pointy things
were made by David Fricke. A big BBW#13 would be devastating. But damn, I just can't imagine toting around the most current models at a bit over 100 lbs! Needs some wheels I think, and something to pull it too! LOL.............

George, as I understand, in the beginning, probably when you were shooting they were trying to shoot some big cast bullets to begin with???? I think that is correct, as I understand.

Ditto...

Though not pushing the same numbers as the JDJ round I think Stolzer's 2 bore cartridge rifles are much more impressive....

Too many folks who aren't into big bores keep telling me to just buy a cannon....

If it isn't shoulder fired im just not interested....self imposed persponal preference....at least then I'm setting a limit....

At 25 pounds the 2 Bore guns are still able to be fired while standing on your feet and with top loads I couldn't see anyone shooting from the bench....If there were a graph showing where max power and the upper limits of what can be considered "shoulder fired" meet I think this is where you'd find the 2 Bore....

If I was going to build a 100 pound bench gun I'd consult with Ed or Rob and go for gold.....
