Does anybody have any experience with using CZ (factory) rings? My question is, can you mount a scope, zero it, detach the rings & scope as a unit & reinstall & have it hold zero? I would think it a good possibility the way the rings are made with the recoil tang, & one side of the rings being solid. Thinking of using this setup on my 458 Lott. Thanks for your input. I use the cz rings on my cz .375, I have swapped all the screws out for hex head style ebven the main wones, and yes they return to zero...if you look the act on the same principle as talley detach's which have the screw rather than the qd lever. They are sturdy as well...mine orginally resided on a .416 rigby and held zero fine on that.

Mike, I have a .458 Lott based on a CZ 550 action with a Swarovski low power variable mounted in CZ rings. My scope also returns to zero when I remove and replace it with rings attached.
