Big-bore on an intermediate-length Mauser 98
This is really just a rhetorical question, as there are so many standard length Mauser 98s out there. But I wonder what sort of wildcat could be made up in a .375 or larger big bore to fit the actions of the various intermediate 98s such as the FN/Yugo Model 24 series. Anyone ever pondered this incredibly important question?

One or two off of the 376 Steyr case like the 416 Z-Hat.

"Experience" is the only class you take where the exam comes before the lesson.

I think the intermediate is 3.115 or so... so, like TT said, the 376...

the 500 AR, forthcoming, MIGHT fit.
