I was told that a company made a sxs lever has anyone ever heard of this type of sxs?I think it was Spanish made.

Will, might have just been a falling block double, with an underlever to open/close the action.

There have been German and Austrian lever operated falling block double rifles made both remotely and more recently, though in very limited numbers.
Also, recently the Bradshaw double has been produced in the US.
