Hello Friends.......I am James C. Gates, owner of Dixie Slugs (dixieslugs.com) and have just joined your forums. With the introduction of rifled barrels for shotguns, I think we should think of these firearms as ultra big bores on shotgun frames.
I have always been interested in the British Paradox guns and have designed some modern loads that have the same diameter/weight bullets, but even higher velocity. I would like your comments on the Dixie Slugs webpage and products.....James

Hey Terminator, welcome to AR, Ive visited shooters quite a lot! My screen name there is DUGABOY1!

I also have owned several BORE double rifle, and Paradox rifles over the years. One of the best I ever owned was a 16 bore fully rifled double rifle made by H. Berella of Berlin! I would have liked to have tried some of your design in it! With hollow base lead bullets that little double would place the first four shots under a silver dollar at 75 yds, and downed Russians like the hammer of Thor!

Terminator,

I have hunted pigs in India for some years now with a 12 bore shotgun with ball (a smoothbore, not Paradox or Explora) and am very intrigued by your products. Welcome and I shall look forward to your posts here.

Good hunting!
