You mean the Swiss Vetterli ? That is a 10,4 x 38 R, with a rarer 10,4 x 42 R sibling.

US production ceased in the early 1940s, I believe; some cartridges can be found on the collectors' market. As to Switzerland: forget it.
However, the Vetterli can easily be converted to centerfire, as was done in Switzerland as well. You need a spare bolt and spare firing pin. The procedure has been described on the Net a number of times, by Tom Caceci (elitist@vt.edu) e.g.
