Well,

I need to find someone with a set of 577 nitro 3” dies that is willing to help.

I have a project rifle in the works. It is a single shot 577 Light Nitro (577-90-650-3”). I have collected a little bit of brass but all of it is straight-walled basic brass. I wondered if I could talk someone into full length sizing 20 pieces of 577 basic brass for me. I am happy to send my can of imperial sizing wax along to help form the cases. I ordered and paid for a set of dies from CH4D but they say they won’t ship for 4 months. I would like to proof my gun and get my load developed while I’m waiting. I can file in the sights after my die set comes in.

I’ll be happy to pay shipping both ways for a flat rate box. I can even buy the priority postage and send it and the return box so that all you have to do is slip it in the mail box to return.

Alternatively, if someone has 10-20 pieces of used brass they could sell me, and they wouldn’t mind resizing it before they ship it to me, I am happy to buy it!

Thanks for your consideration.

Jgrabow6493 reminded me that he sent me a couple of cases that would work for proof. Thanks for that.

Does anyone have a set of 577 3” dies that can help me out?

Thanks

RC

Wildcatter, I can do it for you. But there is problem I think. I am in BC Canada. I think it is illegal for me to ship Brass (Any loading components) from Canada to the USA. There will be some AR guys with Dies. Brian

Mike,

Thank you so much for your help on resizing my 577 cases. I received them in great condition today. If you ever need anything, just ask!

Brad,

I received the die set today and I tried them out. I think they will work just fine.

Very appreciative,

RC
