I think they were regular 98 actions that were made by Radom in Poland.

Would this be a quality action for the 458?

Welllll.....maybe....here's the problem:
you don't know how well it feeds....if the rails have been reasonably well adjusted...you don't know if it was heat treated...you don't know if it has setback, and a head space gauge won't tell you!.....there's a lot of reasons to leave it alone.....but the Radom, properly done will make a fine 458.....

Persoanlly.....I'd let someone else have it!!
