If anyone living in North Carolina ever wants to meet up with me and go shooting with big bores let me know. at the moment the only 2 big bores i own are a .375RUM in a Remington model 700 and a Winchester model 1885 in 50-90 but in the next day or so i'll be buying a Ruger No.1 in 450-400 NE 3''. i love the reaction people get from shooting my 7.5lbs .375RUM with hard rubber factory recoil pad. it's painful to say the least. i also have many other guns i'll let you shoot like my .17 Remington which has virtually no recoil. i think the .17 Remington is a sweet shooting rifle. so to the NC guys here if you ever want to meet me and go shooting let me know or send me a PM or something. also if there is someone here that can let me take pics of my gun collection with a regular camera and send them to you in the mail so you can post them here please let me know. thanks very much.

also i don't know where all the other NC guys here buy there guns from but one of the main places i've been buying from since 1993 is Ed's Gunshop near Southern Pines. i buy from him and he buys from me and in fact he has my 30-378 for sale right now. another place i've done some business with that kind of specializes in Colt firearms is Ozark Guns in Gastonia and they've been pretty good to deal with. if you know of these places or any other good places to shop in NC let me know.

hey there! i'm right outside Rockingham, NC. those sound very interesting to me. in the next couple of months i will have a 450-400 myself and the 470 NE is one of my alltime favorites and hopefully i'll have one of those someday myself as well. the 375H&H is just classic and although i don't have the 375H&H i do have a .375RUM right now and a model 1885 in 50-90 and that's about the only big bores i have right now but i have several other kinds of guns. it's been awhile since i've shot any of my guns so i'm going to get out and do some shooting sometime pretty soon. let me know if you'd be interested in doing some shooting sometime. have a good one until.

We are building a farm house in Clayton, GA, right on the NC border. Will be up there soon. Could bring a 10.75x68 and a .404 Jeff.
