Does anyone have or no where i can look at a Winchester model 70 safari at. I am in the market for a .375 H&H. I guess a bigger caliber would be alright. I would like to look at and get the feel of one.

I have walked in the foot prints of the elephant, listened to lion roar and met the buffalo on his turf. I shall never be the same.

There are a couple of places you might call to see if they have some of the big bores:

David's Gun Room (Duluth)
Franklin's (Athens)
Candler Rd. Pawn (Not sure if they are still around, been years since I've been there)

Of course there is always Bass Pro in Gwinnett, there may also be one up 75.

Cheers,
Sam

I believe the name of the shop I am thinking of is Chuck's Gun Shop but not sure. I believe they are in Buckhead somewhere now. They usually have some big bores in stock but not sure about Winchesters.

Good Hunting,
