Gents,

I apologize for my absence as of late, but health problems have kept me down for a while. I went from 245 lbs to 176 lbs in 6 months with an intestinal infection, but have recently stabilized at a now healthy 188 lbs. So, everything does has a purpose, I suppose.

My 700 AHR, "BULLDOZER", will be arriving on Friday, so, I will post pics during the weekend. Major stats as follows:

GMA African Magnum Action
26" Barrel
GMA Extended Magazine (3)
NECG Iron Sights
AHR Holo-Sight Mount with C-More Holo-Sight
Silver Gunkote Finish
Dark Green MPI Synthetic Stock w/ shadowline cheek piece
Pachmayr F990 Triple Magnum Recoil Pad
Jeweled bolt and follower
Various Engraving and Unique Cosmetic Touches
12.0 lbs empty

She is the twin sister gun to my AHR built 600 OK (thanks Wayne, thanks RG)...

Glad to be back in the hunt...

Respects,

Phill

Excited to see how this one turned out. If love to see some videos of one being fired! Good luck in waiting another 24 hrs. That'd be the hardest part for me.

Phill, enjoy it...mine was #8 as I remember. Start it at 2,000 fps with the X-Brake on it, and go up or down from there. See if Wayne still have the 1,250 lead practice bullets for the 700 AHR.

Biebs,

Good to hear from you again...hope all is well with the business in our tremendously progressive economy!

Hey, actually, Wayne sent me 10 of the 1200 grain monster cast slugs for "play", and, my God, I can't wait to load some of them for NASA experimentation...by the way, my rifle was No. 10 of 10, meaning, of course, that I was fortunate enough to be the last guy to get the now infamous 700 AHR package deal that Wayne was so good to institute with the onset of the cartridge. I'll take your advice on starting loads, as 2000 fps X 1000 gr slug is a sound 700 AHR beginner load, and, where the 700 NE ends, commercially speaking only, of course.

As per FFemt5287's excellent request, I'll do my best to post some video when I go to the range, as that is the best way for all of us to get a big smile out of what we truly love, no knock on photos...

Respects,

Phill

Brandon,

You are very correct...hardest part is always the last 24 hours, and, the "counting" of the remaining time between when UPS says they will deliver, i.e. 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. PST, in my case...

Respects,

Phill

Gents,

Sorry about the delay, something important arose that had to trump a photog session...I will post a set of photos in the next 24 hours, as that which required my attention is almost past.

I can say that Wayne made a beautiful, fully functional beast of a rifle, and the short delay will be worth it...thanks for your patience, boys...

Respects,

Phill
