nainitalMaximum cartridge for a Remington 700 action?
Dear pundits: I have a spare Rem 700 action which could be used as donor and want to know which could be the maximum cartridge under .50 that it can feed.
Thanks in advance

.366torqueFor off the shelf stuff, try a 375 RUM. A 458 Lott or a 416 Remington.
P.S. With the 416 Rem and a 400 NP, in Nosler no.5, they are getting 2503 fps with 81 grains of RL15.

jeffeosso470 capstick or AR, will fit a .532 boltface
458 Lott or AR is EASY to FEED
416 rem or AR is easy to shoot

nainitalThanks to both. Here we have an antigun government thus I´ll think in the Lott, the only really big bore which appeared in the dealers´shelves some time ago.

I was afraid of that. A good reason for global, responsable gun owners to unite. We're all in this together.
