Has anyone used these on game?Did they perform well on elk sized game.
Would they open when pushed @ 2450-2500fps ?

Didn't expand on elk from 416 Rigby, broadside shot.

I know a couple of guys here posted they shot moose and bears with them and had good luck.

500 grs did you recover a unpanded speer in your elk.

At 2450 fps mine accounted for the quickest kill I ever made on a black bear. Shot through shoulder and exited base of neck spraying blood several feet. I don't hunt african game so the 350gr Mag tip is the only bullet I've used in my Taylor.
