How about 2960 with 410grn in a rifle thats only 13lb 6oz?
416sw - improved 505Gibbs shortened to 76mm col of 96mm.

Hmm! Roughly 8000 flbs at the muzzle. Not exactly RGB territory but pretty good for bullet with .338 SD.
