Do you guys have any experience with this cartridge?

I know Harold Wolf makes a custom mauser on a cartridge similar.

I have built and fired both 500 Jefferies and 505 Gibbs. The 500 is more practical though not as impressive looking as the 505. Lots of power and usually the biggest one at the range.

I ordered my 500 Jeffery through George Sandmann at Empire Rifles. He's been great to work with. I believe he's currently working on six rifles in that caliber. His web site is www.empirerifles.com
