The issue is that ScottS/ToddE/Axel/et al., posts false information on a frequent basis. We are sick of it, and prefer not to let his false claims go unchallenged.

As for having the "upper hand", he has the "upper hand" the same way a mosquito does. It buzzes around incessantly, and while it cannot hurt you, it is annoying.
