The roumer that I am hearing is that everything is set further back now that Remington made the big deal with Baikal. Savage was squeezed out and Remington has dibs on the actions first for their SxS shotguns marketed under the Remington name. I assume that EAA still has an agreement with Biakal, but it is now "back burner" to Remington on getting actions. "Just business", I'm sure, but it does suck for us modest income guys looking for a "blue collar double". There must be more of us that shoot birds than beasts? If anyone on the inside can add-to or correct any of this, please do. Ghost
