Depends on the make and design of the bullet as all 270 gr. bullets are not equal or of the same design, some 270 gr. bullets are excellent and some are not so good..Most will probably work on a bear or moose with broadside shots, but have seen a few that wouldn't work..

The question was about the Remington 270 grain bullet. It is a stubby little roundnose. I found them to be accurate in the 375 H-H that I had.
