J d Jones had several of these made about 10 years ago. McMillan does not make the action to handle this cartridge anymore. only 7 or 8 were made years ago. Kid this gun gave off about38,600 ft.lbs of energy and fired a 3600 grain bullet at almost 2200 ft/sec. The reason you would never have one is that they weighed between 85 and 110 lbs. WAY TOO HEAVY for your tastes!!

Safarikid, just get Anzio to build you a 10lbs version of this http://www.anzioironworks.com/20MM-TAKE-DOWN-RIFLE.htm 1600gr bullet at 3300fps, approx 600gr powder. A light gun should have enough recoil, even for you!

Yes, I've known about it and a few other 20mm varients made by a bunch of guys for a long Time. I deceided my niche was to stick to the max that could be shoulder fired and luged around . I have a shell holder action I made that will hold a 20mm. Probably the borchardt will also.-Rob Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large numbers to do incredibly stupid things- AH (1941)- Harry Reid (aka Smeagle) 2012 Nothing Up my sleeves but never without a plan and never ever without a surprise!

Holy cow look at the barrel and brake on that thing! Love shooting precision and long range. Big bores too! Recent college grad, started a company called MK Machining where I'm developing a bullpup rifle chassis system.
