Whats up with Custom Brass and Bullets
I have emailed the company that sells Bridger Bullets in Yuma AZ 4 friggin times in the last month to get information and place and order. I get absolutely no response. Are they still in business.

crl

The average man's love of liberty is nine-tenths imaginary. It takes a special sort of man to understand and enjoy liberty; and he is usually an outlaw in democratic societies.

Bridger Bullets are still in production, but the retail side is being handled by Custom Brass & Bullets.

George, This is who I have been emailing. They don't have a phone number and they are not listed in any on-line phone book.

I'll send a PM to the owner, who is a Member here.

Hopefully, he will get in touch with you directly.

I did receive an email. Here it is.

I Am waiting on an update from Bridger Bullets and hope they will be on the market this year.
Thank You
Raymond Shirley

I was trying to order .474 500 grn solids. It is hard to understand why it took outside influence to convince the owner to respond to a potential customer.

I have asked him in my response to his email. I did not get a pm from him or any sort of communication from him until jeffeosso called him. I received an email after jeffeosso spoke with him and I have thanked him personally.

Oh, yeah, you are welcome.

crl,

I was asked to visit here and clear things up.

The unavailability of Bridger Bullets is not Neal's doing. It is mine. I make the bullets and Neal sells them.

Unfortunately soon after Neal and I agreed to this arrangement I got ill and have been unable to manufacturer any product for Neal to sell.

If there is someone to hold accountable it is me not Neal. He is a good guy and I'm sure tried to keep me out of the discussion.

I hope this clears it up a bit. - John

Thank you John.
I am sorry to hear about your illness.
My original question revolved around not getting a response from Custom Brass and Bullets. Every attempt to contact them was ignored until others who know Mr. Shirley contacted him and he then responded to my inquiry. I am not looking to hold anyone accountable for a lack of product. I was purely trying to get in touch with Custom Brass and Bullets. It is my opinion that they exhibited poor customer service by not responding to any of my emails until it took a phone call from a member to finally contact me. If it were not for the nice folks on this board I am sure that my requests would have been ignored and I would have surmised that they were no longer in business. I believe my title to this topic should have stated "What' up with Custom Brass and Bullets" That was an error on my part for identifying your company and not the dealer.

Respectfully

I requested that Don (DRG) change the title of this topic as I think it reflects my original intent.

Thanks
