Just bought a hosscat of a pistol. 10.5" barrel, performance center with bushnell elite scope. My brother and I were shooting a 1'X1' gas can at 200 yards with factory 200gr bullets. Problem is you can't buy those 200gr hornady bullets. So figured I would use 240gr XTP mags and 300gr XTP mags. I think it has a gained rifle twist barrel. Nothing but awesome. I got alot of H110, so I am set there. But never heard of any target reduced recoil loads. I know you can shoot 45LC thru it. But I know some people that shoot only that thru thier 454's and ended up having to ream out powder residue to get 454's to shoot. Worried might happen with 454 loads, but who knows. These guys shot like 2000 rounds of 45LC before shooting too many 454's. | ||

BC -- you should post this on the handgun hunting forum. A lot of the handgun people don't frequent this forum. "Ignorance you can correct, you can't fix stupid."
