Will, Ted is in the process of moving his shop. He makes a regular depth mag box and an extra deep mag box. The extra deep will hold 4 cartridges of 458 lott. It does not have a perch belly look.

Will, What are you doing to your Mod 70? I have one in 416 and have been wanting to customize it a little. Will the Blackburn bring the magazine capacity from 3 to 4?

The deep box will but you will need a new stock.

500Grains, Please expound on the need to re-stock. I have a Mod-70 Safari Express in 375H&H. Another round sounds good to me, but I am happy with the factory stock. Shot a 140" score whitetail with it in November at 353yds (had to throw that in, I'm kinda proud).
The deep mag box that holds an extra round is deeper than the factory setup. In other words it sticks down more below the bottom of the action. The wood on your current stock is not deep enough to accomodate one. You have to get a new stock blank cut with extra deep wood in the mag box area and then shorten it up to exactly fit the new mag box/bottom metal.
There is no aftemarket mag box that adds a round of capacity without replacing the stock.
