Well, GG375 has a sexy woman? Now he has my Searcy as well, or did you forget? What caliber did you choose? I'm with your mate, post pix of the Sheila and the double!

I've got a .338 win mag sendero and a Shiloh Sharps .45-70 which I can stoke pretty warm- 460 gr. LBT WNFP at over 2000 fps. I drive a '94 dodge slt 4x4 with 233k miles on it.

Hey Jurgen, If you remember I'm going to restore/ hell, change the fluids, wiring and tires on my grannie's '68 sport Fury, 383 4bbl with 38k on it. It's been garaged since the late seventies, then my dad put 5k miles on it over a year, then back in the garage until this summer, when I get my paws on it.

NitroX and Go Wyo

Well boys I got the go ahead from "she who must be obeyed" to post her picture but I've got to do all the bloody housework for the next week if I do - so I'll just post a photo of the old Torana instead. Hope you like her!

Wow, good on ya mate! I'm surprised you don't do the housework already! That's one nice Car! You know your girl is ok too.

The wife and I honeymooned in QLD, diving out of Cairns for 4 days and then up to Coconut Beach Resort in the Daintree. We loved it. We got to spend 5 days in Sydney also, but next to the GBR it paled. We missed typhoon Steve by 2 days and had the first sun in 3 weeks.

Here's to you and your lovelies,
Gary

500grains: I expected an answer like yours , like I said , different people -different oppinions! You`re wrong in one point, we practised early invention earlier, in Poland september 1st 1939.It depends on how you look at certain things,in the city of Bromberg the polish people killed their german neighbours by the hundreds on a sunday (including some well respected journalists from Norway , Sweden and Italy)maybe you never heard of such things , but that`s how Napoleon already said: keep the people uninformed and fat , to rule them easier (Just a historical quote of Mr. Bonaparte) I do NOT want to start a discussion about this , the title is "Big Bores and Cars", so let`s stay there , thanks for your patience .
GoWyo! : Now this sounds like a real good chance to drive some good old fashioned MOPAR muscle ! Looking at my cars it`s obvious which brand I prefer , but in my family there`s also some brand C and brand F cars .......Dad drives a 1964 Stingray convertible , 327 , 4 speed , red with a wjite top.As well as a 1966 Thunder Bird , 390, auto. , dark red exterior all original , first owner (almost , I`m not counting Dad) car with only 20000 miles on the odometer , awesome !I`m just not good enough at this computer stuff , I have several pictures I could post ......if I only knew how to do it ! If you want to look at my page:www.mopar-club-deutschland.de.vu/ although it`s all written in german , the pictures are self-explaining ."Treffen" is where the pics are, Jrgen [Big Grin]

Hello to you Jurgen. I bought the tii new in 1972. At my age, the FX (1975 model) goes fast enough, about 125 or 130.

I don't know how to post pictures, but I don't drive anything impressive anyway. All the pieces of my mid-life crisis fit neatly in my gun safe.
