I visited the museum yesterday in Springfield, MO at Bass Pro Shop. It is a great collection of fun and historic guns and so many of them that they did tend to run together after a while. On the big bore topic, the H&H 700 NE double was one of the highlights. The display of the sequence of US military firearms was fascinating. The single shots, the American western frontier and on and on. Wow! Too bad they were all behind glass.
