Hi all, I'm using Jamison Brass in my CZ 550 500 Jeffrey. My Barnes manual says trim to length is 2.74" trim when it gets to 2.75". My new Jamison cases come in at about 2.735" All of those numbers sound about right? I've just got to the point where some cases are between 2.74" and 2.75" Thanks, Chuck Regards, Chuck "There's a saying in prize fighting, everyone's got a plan until they get hit" Michael Douglas "The Ghost And The Darkness"

Yes, that sounds about normal, I know that my .416 Rigby cases from Jamison all came in a little short. Not a problem with me, I hate trimming!

Sinclair International makes a Chamber Length Gage for determining the exact size of individual rifle chamber for trimming. I use them and like them. Here is the website under Measuring Tools: http://www.sinclairintl.com/pr...uges-Headspace-Tools
