Sorry for the shameless plug, but I recently listed two brand new in (opened box) scopes for sale in the classifieds that would be excellent for a .375 or a .416 (or .404) for those of you who that let your heavy mediums stretch their legs a bit:

1. Leupold 2.5-8x36 with B&C reticle ($369 shipped)
2. Leica ER 2.5-10x42 with German #1 reticle ($799 shipped)

I purchased each of these scopes recently for some of my heavy mediums before deciding to go with the KISS principle and putting identical VX-6 2-12x42's on everything. Foolishly, I opened the boxes so I couldn't return them. But both scopes have never been mounted and are in pristine condition with box, all papers, unfilled warranty cards, etc. In other words, they are completely brand new (except for the fact that the boxes have been opened).
