Will the barrel be thick enough for the no2 case?
I'm working on makeing reamers. My first one got warped while quenching. I'll have to figure that part out. it did cut pretty good though. I played with a 8mm barrel stub cut from my Turk 8x57 sporter. I've got it turned down now for a chamber insert on my H&R20ga. I'll try fireforming some brass in it and see how it does with light loads. After I figure out how to make the reamers straight, I'm going to try for a 3200Hawk or 8mm gibbs sort of thing. I got a few takeoff 8x57 barrels from a couple of different people. So I won't be out much money if I mess up. Any thoughts on how to keep the reamer from warping while quenching?

It's about 1.12 for about 3.5" and about .970 at 4"... i think it'll fit...
