i have a 416 rigby that has a soft mag spring. so soft that it won't feed the last round reliably on a 4 round load. I think it just needs a newe drop in spring, where do i get one on the internet? cheers, tm "one of the most common african animals is the common coolerbok(or coleman's coolerbok). Many have been domesticated and can be found in hunting camps, lodges and in the back of vehicles."

Contact CZ. They have a great parts department, and will take a credit card over the phone.

TM, If you can't get a spring you might try asking a gunsmith to bend and/or re-harden the one you have. I have had this done in the past and it works well. FYI, Brownells would be the place I would look for a new one. They have a website... Brett

I have been told that the stronger 10% stronger spring Brownells sells for a Mauser will work in a CZ. I have never tried it yet though. A shot not taken is always a miss

I have used both military Mauser springs and Dakota 76 African springs and followers.

use a Mauser spring from Brownells, or take one out of an old mauser. Billy, High in the shoulder (we band of bubbas)
