Wieland appears to be bringing a slander/libel case against the Paso Robles effort - specifically naming Miller.

Weiland = Plaintiff
Paso Robles/Miller = Defendant

Forgive my ignorance but has the problem between the parties been previously discussed?

I recognize Terry Wieland the writer, but is this the california Rigby or the Britain based Rigby?

Any idea what the beef is?

Today is the first I've heard of this, looks like the case was filed less than a week ago, last wednesday the 23rd

It seems the Rigby story is getting new pages every day lately.
