I think you'll enjoy shooting a 376 a LOT more than a 378!

I think your right. I have a buddy with a ported .378 (I posted pics somewhere on the board) that kicks less then my .416 Remington, the problem is if you shoot it prone it looks like a small twister just landed!! I think I will build a ten or eleven pound .340 Weatherby on a Model 70 action if I want a long range heavy hitter.
