Has anyone used an MPI fibreglass stock set on a big bore #1?

I would be interested in hearing the particulars regarding this application.

I've seen and handled a few of these, but never did one myself. The ones I saw were nicely done, but that could be the 'smith more than the product, hard to say. FWIW - Dan

I thought of using these, but wasn't impressed by the pictures I saw on their website. They looked quite plain with no checkering, etc.
