I have to be honest here, as I always try to be in life. The only thing I have experienced or see that could be counted against a blaser is that they're ugly. I will probably get flamed, but I just find them visually unappealing. Those are my two cents! Flame on blaser lovers! Big Grin

I don't find the Blaser 93 ugly at all. Yes I do if it has a gross synthetic stock and stainless steel. Any rifle like that is ugly.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

I have hunted with several remintons, winchester an mausers and has always found them to kill the deer the way I want. But I needed a rifle that I could use for everything and then the R93 struck my mind.My other rifles where too long, too short, too heavy, too light and so on.I needed a "universal" gun. The r93 has not dissapointed me and the first time I tried it I almost got a heartattack. The rifle was able group 3 shots in 5,7mm at 100 meters with Norma match ammo. My remington varmint have no chance compared with the blaser. Mine is in 6,5x55 Norwegian, but I also have a 30-06 barrel for it.it takes about 30sek to change.

This is one out of five deers I shot last week
