Well'
I retired my 1939 m70 375,and stepped out and got a new 375. I'm looking at it right now and notice that the trigger pull is a little hevier than I was expecting. I have a #1 in a 45-70 and it is not near this heavy.
Is there a fix or an aftermarket trigger??
Also is there anyone else that has one of these things? How do you like it?

I've got one and love it. My trigger is a little less than 4# and has some creep. Besides Moyer's there is another replacement by Kepplinger. Haven't decided which I will get. There are a couple of threads on this in the Single Shot Rifle forum.

I think as well as the others mentioned, Canjar makes a replacement trigger for the #1.

Well,
I ordered the Moyers trigger kit. Hope it helps. I went out and shot 2 5 shot groups with it and they were a bit under a 1" at 100yards. If you ask me that's pretty damn good. If I can get that trigger a bit lighter. I might can scare 3/4".
