Alec Torres’ two recent posts on seeking advice in the big bore and medium bore forums on the 338-06 and 404Jeffery has reminded me of Fredj338. Fred’s three rifle battery of 404, 338-06 & 280 always struck me as a well balanced battery.

I haven’t seen Fred’s posts in a while. Anyone know if he’s OK?

I don't recall him??? but he had a good choice of rifles that would suit any situation.

If you check the member directory you can see he hasn't posted here since April 2011. I guess after 8 years away he has moved on or passed on.

I see fredj338 had over 7,000 posts, so he was active on the forum.

I enjoyed reading his posts. I miss his contributions.
