There was mention of a new SIG 458 Lott that was shown at the SHOT show. Did anyone see it ?

From what I see in the picture(not the best pic) I'm not impressed. Stock looks like a 2x4 and looks like the magazine extends below the stock.

I like that forend tip swivel base location. Smart. This is progress away from the stuffy old barrel band sling bases. thumb

O.K. Alf. I said it was progress. I didn't say they had perfected it yet. Some JB Weld in the locking mechanism would fix the QD problem, and the dedicated bipod rifle will have to be fitted properly, but please, no bipods on DGR's, eh?
Thanks for the pointers on how to improve the Sauer 202's.
