Hey Longbob! How many grains does that thing take? No Mercy! I do have a quesation for you for real. If a sling etc should not be hooked onto the barrel for match, target guns etc why is it ok on a bigbore? I know the idea is to control the recoil but what about accuracy? God my typing sucks tonight. I apologize for the lack of talent.

7100 KG projectil.... what about recoil?
I'm thinking this would pick a moose of his feet,at least stop it in it's tracks , turn it around a couple of times, and leave it bought here and there...

In a bolt action rifle, this mother would really produce significant recoil.

I believe the reason it is attached to the barrel on a big bore is so the stud doesn't impact your hand during recoil. What type of sling would you use on this baby? A Ching?

Well, at least it looks like it is reloadable. Now, does that take a CCI 200 or 250 primer? Do you think good old 4831 Cannister (barrel) powder would work, or would you need to go to something a little slower? Where can I get a reloading press and components for this baby!

Also, does anyone know where I can find some surplus railroad tracks and ties?

Does Birchwood Casey make a Shoot n C target that I can use for checking groups at 45 kilometers?
