1- www.cratex.com. Get the cones, but an assortment is a very good idea. You will need a Dremel toolextension to attach the cone.
2. To disassemble a CZ 550 bolt, catch the striker lug on a metal or wooden surface ( that you don't care about) pull back the striker lug the and unscrew the entire striker assembly off of the bolt. There is a caming surface so make sure you reassemble it properly.

Cock the action. Then depress the button on the left of the bolt shroud, and lift the bolt handle while holding that button depressed.

This button catches the striker. Once the bolt is open, take it out a couple of inches (or completely, as you like). You can then easily unscrew the cocking piece, complete with the firing pin.

To the smiths and guys who have polished the rails how bad does that take off the bluing? I assume it will be bare metal? Linda sucks after a brand new reblue

The bluing on the rails will be the first thing that wears off as you keep using the rifle. So that is not an issue. The rails are probably the last place to get rusted, if the rifle is neglected!
