I took the plunge and purchased a Reimer Johannsen rifle in 500 Jeffery. I don't know if I should have glass bedding done or shoot it as is from the manufacturer. It was fired 10 times and everything looks solid. Any opinions?

A Rheimer Johannsen is no CZ550. I would use it in all confidence.

If it were mine I wouldn't bed it. It would devalue the gun and I bet it won't shoot measrurably better.
