Does anyone make a set of Low or maybe even medium rings for a CZ 550 Magnum. I've got a set of Burris mounts(which only come in one height) and they seem way to high.

I put the leupold medium ones on my 375,,worked nice..

You may wish to give Talley a try...I have them on 3 CZ 550's a 375, 416, and 458 Lott they have worked just fine. May cost a bit more but worth it.

It depends on the eyepiece diameter of the scope
My Swarovski 1.5x4 won't clear but my Leupolds
will. Bolt handle is not really built for low
rings.

I have a 550 7X57 mauser, I bought a set of warne rings for it. I do not know if the same rings would fit a magnum action . They clamp together verticaly rather than the more common horizondal. I can't find the web address but I am sure a search for warn ringes would do.

I have a set of Sportsmatch mounts on my CZ550 .458Lott. They only come in one height but the sight comes into line easily. Scope is a Leupold FX-II 2.5x20 Ultralight. Bolt clearance is fine.

I have medium Warne QDs on both my CZ 550 FS and my Safari Magnum. Same rings (same scopes also, Leupold Vari-X III 1.5x5-20s). I got the rings from Brownell's (look for 19mm Brno, same rings fit CZ 550s). I have a spare set of medium Maxima Warne rings for a CZ laying around, I guess I'll have to just go out buy a CZ 550 American now to have something to put them on .
