For comparison purposes I would like to see some engravings. Who can help? I'm not thrilled about my new rifle's engravings at all. It's quite an expensive gun and I also do not understand why parts like trigger guard and locking lever don't get engraved as well. It looks too plain in my opinion.

its beacuase for the most part kreigoff rifles are massed produced they do the bare minimum to make the customer happy and move on to the next rifle..... if you wanted real customer service and one to one personal type deal searcy of boron califonia is the way to go.

i have shot kreigoff's and other makes there not bad but they werent as accurate nor was the customer service as great as searcys.

I think you are learning that poor engraving is worse than no engraving.

Full coverage engraving by a good engraver will cost about the same or more than the gun itself in the Searcy/Kriegoff class.
