My original stock is 14 1/4", also an American style. I recently had it replaced with a beautiful custom fitted one, it's 13 5/8" and has 1 1/2" less drop at the heel.

A bit over 14"and they suit me fine, most factory rifles are a little small for me.

My CZ American 9.3x62 caliber is 14 & 1/8" to center of recoil pad. Fits me just right. Very nice rifle! Shoots well. Best Regards, Tom

Thank you all for the reply. I asked because my .416 has the Euro stock at barely 13" LOP -- it looks original so I wonder if they changed at some point.
