Hi all

Well, I thought since everyone else was showing off their latest projects, I might as well get in on the act as wellSmiler Mind you this one has been in the pipeline now for a good couple of years - now just waiting on final shaping and finishing of the stock and rust blueing after that.

Details are;

PME 3 pos safety
Bolt handle straightened
1/4 rib
Banded sling swivel and foresite
AHR trigger (not shown in this photo)
Everything squared up and trued and lugs lapped etc

Can't wait till she's finished - will post more photos then.

GG375,

Very very nice!!! All these projects are really getting me in the mood to start one of my own.

One question. Where did you get the stock pattern you are using?

Regards,
Dave

GG,

That stock is gorgeous. It should be a beautiful rifle. Anticipation is either the best or worst part of a custom project; I'm not sure which! [Smile]

Best,
Joe

Very Nice wood. That will be a beautiful rifle when finished. I always like the anticipation of trying to figure out what it will look like when it is all finished! Happy shooting

Nice looking stock, great lines. Nice grain too. You can't beat a classically styled rifle like that.
