Fine jeffeosso here you go the necessary information is bold faced:

Tell me will these loads blow up a 405 Win?
Barrel length is right at 24" measured from bolt face to initiation of muzzle crown.

Rel 7 (57.6 gr)
CCI 200
Hornady brass case capacity 75.2 gr of water
300 gr bullet (length .947")
muzzle velocity - 2545 fps
COL - 3.16"

62 grains of H4985
CCI 200
Hornady brass case capacity 75.2 gr of water
300 gr bullet (length .947")
COL - 3.16"
What is my muzzle velocity, pressure, and percent of case fill?

Go ahead tell the world again how I am a lying sack. I think it may be a good time for you to start ignoring.

Guys- I would like to make a proposal for how to deal with the Trolls like ScottS. Why allow these lowlifes to hijack a great website . By hijacking these sites, these clowns feel they have become IMPORTANT. The term Totally Pathetic Loser is an apt description and I'll bet it fits them in real life also.
Here is my PROPOSAL. Let's denie them the attention they so crave. Let's SHUN them. Each of us should immediately hit the IGNORE function for ScottS and never reply to his posts again.
GeorgeS as moderator would also need to post a simple TROLL ALERT-Do NOT ANSWER THIS POST message each time ScottS or another troll posts. Furthermore, when ScottS simply changes his name ( as he's done 50 times before) George can verify the same IP address and POST THE TROLL-ALERT.
This will take disciple from us, and work from the moderator, but it will KILL SCOTTS in a short period of time. It will also serve as a deterrent to other trolls. It's not Banning it's just SHUNNING! What do you guys think? Will you join me in this?-Rob

The administrators of a threads forum can also change the members title ie "one of us".

Perhaps to "Lying Troll".

And that isn't censorship merely providing a public service to the general membership especially any fool that follows reloading data posted by these fools.

NitroX- The administrator could also insert Pecos-45" BS Meter or other alarm. The suggestion to not answer a Trolls posts will quickly eliminate them. As we also know it is harder for the TROLLS to change IP addresses. This and their constant blathering about the same old crap ( 500 AHR,s 405 winchesters, 700 NE's etc.) makes them an easy target for the moderator. I agree with you, this isn't Banning ( which Saaed will not condone), it's just the overwhelming response of decent people to liars and frauds!
Unfortunately, we have become a society which seems to tolerate these scum. I'd like to believe that amongst the gun owners and Hunters of the world, there in fact may be the last vestiges of those old fashioned values like HONESTY, VALOR, COURAGE, SERVICE and RESPECT! This isn't always true, but I personally know and have talked with and even gone shooting and hunting with a few AR members and every one I've met is a decent, honest person and we don't deserve to have to deal with the likes of ScottS.
What do you guys think. Have we had enough? Shall we teach this turd and all his personna a lesson?-Rob

ScottS is clean cut but you'd have problems where members can't agree on the level of bullshit. Like with 700nitro.
He lies with even less finesse than the trolls but seems to have a few members thinking he is a great guy despite this.

Karl.

SBC Inc. told me that when I signed up for DSL service that my DSL modem has an auto change feature. Supposedly everytime I turn off the modem and then turn it back on, it randomly connects me through a different IP adress at SBC. I usually only do this about once a month after I clear excess cookies and it seems to work.

Yes, I agree also.

I appreciate the troll alerts by those with long histories here and like your idea for the moderator's role in this process.

No acknowledgement or response is the best response to this kind of thing. I have already elected to ignore any posts by this ignoramus. Life is way too short.

Rob,
I can't back ya on this one.. as if we hit ignore, we don't see the crap he's posting to unsuspecting innocents....

I think a great big flashing " I AM A TROLL" forced to his signature would be nice

Jeffe,
I like your idea. I am one of the "innocents" who greatly appreciates advise from the experts like Rob, yourself, and the many others. I have enough knowledge to filter out a lot of the BS from trolls, however, some of the crap loading data can get people hurt without you guys standing up to correct these idiots.

Rob,
Thanks so much for the 450 Ackley loads with the WW-760. I shot (2) MOA groups with 80 grains behind a 400 SAF and had NO MORE EXTRACTION PROBLEMS . You guys are great!!
Thanks, Ghost

I post some silly stuff sometimes... But I'd never lie about the guns I have or mislead people into hurting themselves.

Hope I won't be mistaken as a troll.

If you don't feed trolls they starve and die. Hopefully I can not get tempted to reply, especially if I can't read what they say.

Jeffe,

This is an intervention. I think you have a problem. It seems you have become addicted to arguing with the less desirable posters here. I know it is not easy to stop, but they are dragging you down to them. Just say "NO!< !--color-->" to arguing with these(or any other) retards on the internet.

Or better yet use the Ignore feature, and forget about it.

Jeffeosso, I will take it under advisement. I have actually fired off ~ 100 rounds like that one. Funny the rifle shows no excessive wear and tear, the brass isn't overly expanded (actually ZERO case head expansion). The cases fall right out of the chamber and require very little effort going through the full length RCBS reloading die. I am confused.

So now for the correlation load. Tell me about the pressure and velocity of the H4895 load. Heck I bet it is worse than the Rel 7. What do you think? Better yet don't think about it analyze it and tell us all!
