and my .416 Rigby is on track. Barrel is on, sights and other bits and pieces are in, bottom metal is being slimed down. He's emailing me some pics this weekend (I hope).

what is the 416 being built on?And what are the specs?

Its on a M17 action I got from Lawerance, an Eddystone . New bolt handle, express sights, the woods not fancy but its strong and it'll turn out quite good, Ebony forend, Buff horn gripcap, barrel band sling mount. It will wear a scope down the track, so the stocks being made with a slightly higher comb.

The magazine has been enlarged to fit the Rigby round and the rifle will hold 3 rounds.

Should be ready for the end of the dry.
