I'd appreciate anyone's knowledgable thoughts on the WR 425 bolt gun on their site. Looks fairly nice and I have been interested in that caliber for a while.
You can see it at www.westleyrichards.com in their used gun room....price is US$5500.

Well, it's a late model version, made on a post WWII commercial Mauser action, probably an FN. I would prefer a vintage pre-war model made on an Oberndorf.

Guys....I agree with both posts. That being said, if it feeds perfectly, and is in good shape, are the $$ reasonable. An Oberndorf, would, no doubt, increase the asking price immensely, would it not?
I would be looking at the rifle as much for a working piece as I would a collector.
